Guy Grossi, chef

Guy is a famous Australian chef, media personality and author of several cookbooks. Guy has owned and operated Grossi Florentino one of Melbourne's most loved Italian restaurants since 1999. Guy completed his apprenticeship in commercial cookery at Box Hill TAFE in 1984.
