Day 5: Volunteer
We know that many people don't choose how they'll vote until they walk into a polling booth. Volunteering at a booth is our final opportunity to chat to people before they vote.
You can volunteer as much or as little time as you can spare.
It will all make a difference.
Please note: your details will be provided to the relevant state or territory branch of the Australian Education Union, who will be in contact to roster you for pre-poll/election day.
Day 4: Phone a Friend
This campaign is powered by conversations.
Today, we're asking you to pick up the phone and chat to 5 friends, family members or colleagues about what's at stake for TAFE at the next federal election.

The Albanese Government’s free TAFE initiative has been life-changing, but now it is at risk.
Free TAFE has significantly reduced financial barriers, making vocational education accessible to a new generation of students.
For TAFE teachers, the renewed government focus on TAFE after long- term neglect provides confidence in the future of the vocational education sector, and better prospects for long- term career security.
But if Peter Dutton wins the election, he will cut free TAFE. The Coalition has already stated that they will cut free TAFE if elected.
TAFE can’t afford to go backwards.
I urge you to use your vote to protect free TAFE.
Day 3: Campus Conversations
One of the most powerful things you can do is spark a conversation.
Hold a casual event on campus or in your staff room to talk to colleagues and students about why we must use our votes to protect free TAFE.
